Lecithin help make chocolate smooth and powdered baby formula dissolve easily in water. In margarine it is not only used as an emulsifier but also aids as anti-spattering agent, whereas in bread it helps to increase machinability of dough and in biscuits and wafers it helps to emulsify the fat and improve water binding.

We manufacture Textured Pea Proteins ourselves using our range of Pea Proteins. Our Textured Pea Proteins are GMO Free, Gluten Free, Lactose Free, and Soy Free. These are made from 100% plant-based ingredients which are suitable for Vegan and Vegetarian applications.

Textured Pea Proteins are economical and highly functional in Meat Alternative applications. It provides meat like texture with chewing characteristics and appearance to the product. Pea is a very versatile ingredient and a great source of protein and amino-acid profile for plant-based products. We offer our Textured Pea Proteins from 27% to 70% protein content thereby providing our customers the flexibility to choose the most suitable product.
