Lecithin help make chocolate smooth and powdered baby formula dissolve easily in water. In margarine it is not only used as an emulsifier but also aids as anti-spattering agent, whereas in bread it helps to increase machinability of dough and in biscuits and wafers it helps to emulsify the fat and improve water binding.

Sun Nutrafoods is happy to inform that we have started offering Soy Protein Isolate with protein content as 90% min. to our customers. We are getting this product manufacturerd by a third-party and offering under our SoyNutra brand.

We are providing three varieites under this product:

SoyNutra SPI-S: Standard Soy Protein Isolate used mainly for protein fortification in food industry
SoyNutra SPI-G: This product has high gelling formation and is excellent for sausages and other applications where strong gel like emulsification is needed.
SoyNutra SPI-WD: This product has high water dispersibility and low viscosity and is ideal for instant beverage, pre-mix beverage, infant food applications.
